Return and Refund Policy

At Tara Desk, we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please read our Return and Refund Policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
  • The request for return is made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be in its original condition and packaging.

Please note: We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, wrong selection, or dissatisfaction with the product color, size, or style once the order is delivered.

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Description and photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s)
  • Your full name, address, and contact details

We will assess the return request and provide instructions on how to proceed.

3. Return Shipping

Once your return is approved, Tara Desk will arrange a pickup for the returned product. There is no cost to you for the return shipping if the return is due to damage or an error on our part.

4. Refund Process

If your return request is approved, we will process a refund once the returned product is received and inspected. The refund will be issued through Cash on Delivery for future orders or an alternative solution, as agreed upon.

Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund process after receiving your returned product.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used or installed
  • Items that are missing parts or packaging
  • Customized or personalized products

6. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it is dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with a description and photos. We will either provide a replacement or offer a full refund based on your preference.
